Lorem Ipsum had just put a new roof on my brother’s house in Redding and he was very pleased with the service. I got 3 quotes to have my home re-sided with Vinyl Cedar Impression siding, Lorem Ipsum was the lowest. I am so glad I used him. They stripped the house down to the sheathing, wrapped the house, tacked up insulation boards and then sided my home. They wrapped the fascia and rake boards in black aluminum and replaced all of the soffits. The work performed was very professional, the quote and paperwork as well. They also provided great communication throughout the process. As others have mentioned, they cleaned up the worksite so well that they really left no trace. I will use them for any work I need done in the future.

Lorem Ipsum’s team replaced my old cedar roof with GAF HDZ shingles, lots of copper valleys, ridges and hips, etc. The quality of work is absolutely the best!

From taking the old cedar off, till the final cleaning, they are very careful and thorough on every single steps. roofing are well protected. Using mostly GAF required products, following all requirements, the crew worked really hard, owner Luis is very knowledgeable and responsive, he is very helpful by finding the shingle color I asked for. He comes to check the progress, and ask me if I have any questions everyday. Project completed as promised.

These guys were the cream of the crop. As a former foreman for a general contractor for over a decade followed by several years of working on my own as a GC it’s very easy to notice the little things about workers in the industry that separate them from the rest. I could tell basically right away from the initial phone call to schedule the estimate that this wasn’t just another large corporate-run business where every facet of a project feels somehow disconnected from every other. This was a legitimate contractor who ran his business the way it’s always been done, where everything from customer interactions to the speed and quality of their work and the ease of answering any possible questions a customer might have were all highly prioritized and taken seriously.

Lorem Ipsum Home Improvements, Luis, and the crew that was on site for my roofing project were all absolutely among the best I’ve come across in the industry in nearly 20 years. They were here when they said they would be. Finished more than a day sooner than estimated. They completed all work that was contracted, even given that the nature of the roof repairs I needed were mostly unknown until the old roof could be torn off to see the water damage to the framing beneath. So even given the unknown cost of expected extras, the price was still perfectly reasonable and I might even say undervalued for the excellent job they actually did.

Any questions I had were quickly taken care of. Payments were easy. The quality of work was top tier. The fact that they didn’t mind using the materials I had already purchased was another massive positive in my book. The work and the property was clean and professional. Pictures were taken throughout the entire project. And I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of my experience with them.

I would recommend these guys to anyone needing work on their home, certainly for a roofing job and/or framing, but I would be quick to return to them for any other work they offer if I ever need it in the future. It’s rare to find a contractor these days that just gives an immediate impression that they know what they’re doing and will work with you to find the best solutions that both parties are happy with.
